If you tune into Inside the NBA, you’re guaranteed to hear Charles Barkley talk. It’s very rare he can be silenced but his co-hosts and the show’s crew will always try. When Chuck once started talking big about his NBA career, the show humbled him with a brutal clap back from one of his most embarrassing games ever. Needless to say, the Philadelphia 76ers legend was rendered speechless.
The silencing throwback was from 1995. The ‘Inside Guys’ had a wonderful time ripping Barkley on that game where he blanked out on the scoreboard. Too bad for ‘Sir Charles’ it was just not his night.

A clip from Inside the NBA is doing the rounds of the Internet and digging up old wounds for Charles Barkley. It’s not new for the ‘Inside Guys’ to rib each other on air. But this one takes the cake for silencing ‘Chuckster.’ It started with Barkley making a provocative statement.
He gloated, “I’ve played on some really good teams and some bad teams. I don’t think I’ve ever been out beat by 31 points in a playoff game.” Barkley must’ve blocked out a certain event in his playing career from his memory. But the crew at TNT were prepared to revive his memory.

He didn’t just lose by 31; he lost by 33 points. The star of the game was the Rockets’ Hakeem Olajuwon. Shaquille O’Neal summed it up by cheering, “Way to shut him down, Hakeem!”

The ‘Inside Guys’ especially never spare an opportunity to roast their co-host. The show played more highlights from the 1995 game to the ‘Inside Guys’ commentary. Between Shaq yelling “Jet-man, Jet-man” and their loud exclamations, Barkley’s highlights were not looking great.
