Charles Barkley and Shaquille O’Neal revolutionized the format for a post-game show with their talent to entertain audiences through basketball analysis. While we all love the hilarious moments from the sets of Studio J, there have also been a few bitter scenarios between Barkley and Shaq due to their contrasting takes. The NBA on TNT decided to add a creative touch to it, by roping in Dr. J aka Julius Erving, to give the Inside the NBA duo some “Couple counseling”. Did that work? Let’s see!
NBA on TNT announced on Twitter two days back, “Sessions with the Doctor have begun. @JuliusErving…Shaq and Chuck go to ‘Couples Counseling'”, along with a video of Dr. J trying his best to reduce the conflicts between the two. Well, we have an update from the crew now, and it looks like the hilarious counseling attempt did not work one bit!
In a new video shared by TNT, Shaq was seen trying to shoot some rubber band shots at Barkley. The Philadelphia 76ers legend, as always, tried to escape Shaq’s bullying. TNT wrote along with the video, “Shaq and Chuck immediately after ‘couples counseling’…Some things never change”.

Barkley told Erving in the end, “I told you he was a dummy”. Now let’s come to the elephant in the room. What is all this initiative for?
