Shaquille O’Neal has struck again with his rib-tickling humor. Shaq has been known for his practical jokes back in his days in the NBA. However, this time the 4x NBA champion pulled a practical joke on none other but himself. Appearing on TNT GAME BREAK, Shaq came with a unique hairstyle for himself.
The ex-LA Lakers star came with a hairline drawn on his bald head. His co-hosts couldn’t help but laugh and ask what actually it was. “My inspiration…Kenny the J Smith…That’s all I wanted for my birthday, was a little fade,” Shaq replied. Candace Parker also took a dig at the hairline, sarcastically calling it “tight.”
Adam Lefkoe continued with the show in an attempt to not get distracted by Shaq’s hairline. He later during the show admitted, “I can’t get over Shaq’s hairline.” The 5x NBA champion also took it in good humor replying, “This is all I want for my birthday…right here…Get my hair back. Get my hairline”. Even an ‘X’ user, mid-show, took a hilarious dig at Shaq’s artificial hairline. “I have never seen a hairless line @Shaq! @NBAonTNT,” read his post. It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that Shaq has done something like this.

Another funny moment from the show came when Jamal Crawford tried erasing the hairline off Shaq’s head, but it did not come off in one attempt. The ex-Lakers star almost got worried for a moment about the possible outcome of the joke. However, this is not the first time that Shaq has gone crazy with his hairstyle.

Shaquille O’Neal’s hairstyle experiments over the years
Most recently in February, the 5x NBA champ appeared on NBA on TNT, with an ’emo’ hairstyle, apparently after losing a bet. Earlier in 2023, Shaq had lost a bet to Candace Parker that Joel Embiid would score 50 points against the Los Angeles Clippers on Jan 17. As a consequence of losing the bet, Shaq came on the show with baby hair curls attached to his forehead.

In the same year, Shaq, in a $1000 bet had experimented with the Stephen A. Smith hairstyle which too had gone viral on social media platforms. Similarly, back in 2020, Shaquille O’Neal lost a bet to Dwyane Wade and had an embarrassing haircut. Though the NBA star may not have any hair as such, he seems to have experimented the most with his hairstyle and brought laughter to others doing so.
