Michael Jordan played against Magic’s Los Angeles Lakers in the 1991 NBA Finals and beat them in spectacular fashion. Magic is known as the greatest ball handler ever and his on-court vision was second to no one. In modern times, Stephen Curry is considered the greatest offensive point guard who made the three-point shooting a staple in the NBA. It’s quite natural for fans to bring up the debate of who’s the greatest point guard of all time.

Stephen A. Smith, days ago, stated that Michael Jordan texted him saying Magic Johnson was better than Stephen Curry. This claim created a frenzy in the basketball world. A certain man questioned Michael Jordan’s take on the matter and Stephen A. didn’t think twice to set the record straight.
Stephen A. said, “There’s a difference between talent evaluation and what you’re anticipating someone did. And talent evaluation what it pertains to what you actually see somebody has done over their career. You do understand those are two different categories, right?
He continued, “Him being an eyewitness account to it first as a competing player against the person he actually beat for his first NBA Championship of his career. And secondly, watching as a league official Steph Curry wreak havoc throughout this league. You do understand the difference.”

Shaquille O’Neal subtly gave his take on the debate of the greatest PG as well. Shaq posted a snap of his stats versus Curry’s in the NBA Finals. It was evident that Curry edged Shaq in PPG with 30.1 points per game. Shaq captioned the post, “Me versus my favorite player @stephencurry30”.
