While the Los Angeles Lakers navigate through a murky offseason, James had a funny reaction to USDA’s decision on a certain “chicken meat”. The fans, for once, were on Bron’s side this time around.

After logging more minutes than anyone not named Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, LeBron shows no signs of slowing down. To keep his body in incredible shape, James reportedly spends millions of dollars on his training and nutrition. That level of dedication to his diet has also allowed James to gain a deep understanding of the food industry. So, when USDA announced its decision, James was in shock.
The department cleared two companies and is allowing them to sell chicken meat that was grown in a lab. But, the decision has caused a massive uproar on social media.

As fans quickly rejected the plea, the King joined the masses. Sharing the story on his Instagram, LeBron was emphatically against the approval. “Man HELL NAH!!!!!!” he captioned it. Moreover, the general reaction from fans to the post has echoed similar sentiments.

While a few fans felt it was inevitable, most didn’t approve of the decision. One fan commented, “It’s gonna be normal in 10 yrs.” A comment read, “gotta be a Simpsons episode for dis.” Channeling his inner LeBron James, another fan wrote, “oh hell nah.”

One fan felt being a non-vegetarian wasn’t worth it. “I’d rather be a vegetarian,” he wrote. A couple of fans, however, wanted to put it into perspective as well. Understanding the dire straits of the planet, they had a different viewpoint. “This is inevitable. As resources deplete due to overpopulation and global warming, this is honestly a good thing.”
