Recently, Damian Lillard, who is currently enjoying the offseason giving hints about possibly teaming up with Jimmy Butler, talked about his love for business. He said, “Ultimately people want a safe space. A home. They want an environment where they can go and connect.”

Talking about the importance of the workplace environment, he said that allowing people a level of freedom is of utmost importance. “I’ve learned that that works in business. When people feel like they can just relax…is appreciated on a different level. You have more success that way.”?While Lillard continues to focus on his off-court activities, rumors about his future in Portland have been doing the rounds.

Damian Lillard’s subtle hints followed up by Jimmy Butler

The offseason has been a thrill ride so far. Every other day, there is a trade rumor that is shocking the community to its core. While some remain mere rumors, others are converting into reality.

Recently, Butler teased the possible trade of Lillard from the Portland Trail Blazers to the Miami Heat. He posted a screenshot of a song by Lillard. This was a day after the 7x All-Star was listening to a song called Welcome to Miami on IG Live.
