The Orlando Magic ended up waiving Bol Bol in the offseason. The news of the Magic moving on from Bol Bol?s services was first reported by Adrain Wojnarowski of ESPN?and it was met with surprise from the fans.?
The son of the famous NBA legend Manute Bol, Bol Bol first started his career with the Denver Nuggets. There, in his limited minutes, Bol would combine his giant frame, evasive handling and freak athleticism into ridiculous highlights. After spending his first three years with the Nuggets, the 7’2” player was traded to the Detroit Pistons but the deal was voided.
He was then traded to the Boston Celtics as a part of a three-team trade but he never suited up for the Celtics. And that is when Bol found his way to the Orlando Magic. The 7?2 power forward/ center had an eccentric year with the Magic.
His game always attracted the crowd and he had become quite a fan favorite. But now that the Sudan native is a free agent, the NBA community has a very peculiar idea regarding the future of the 23-year-old.
