Days after the Chris Paul update, an old Draymond Green video resurfaces

Draymond Green and Jordan Poole had a salty relationship last season after the 4x champion punched Poole during a practice session. After the incident, the NBA world witnessed the duo’s lack of camaraderie during the games. However, Green’s painstaking relationship came to an end after the Chris Paul trade, but a 3-year-old resurfaced video clip ignited a Twitter wildfire. 

During one of the podcast episodes of All The Smoke in 2020, DrayMagic opened up about his equation with the 38-year-old NBA veteran. He said, “I don’t like CP at all, we don’t have a good relationship at all but… he is smart as hell.” Green further went on to describe Paul’s equation with Steph and laid down a harsh criticism of the star.

He added, “He kinda rock with you Steph but he kinda don’t but he kinda keeping you at bay and so I took it upon myself to create f***ing division there.”

While Green’s future is uncertain with the Dubs as he recently declined the contract extension, the old video further increased the doubts about Green’s place on the roster. Furthermore, fans flooded the comments, reacting to the video and expressing their mixed opinions on the Warriors’ future.
