The Suns owner Mat Ishiba has left no stones unturned in his pursuit to make the franchise a formidable force. After narrowly missing out on the NBA Championship in 2021, Ishiba has splashed the cash in order to build a team able to compete for the top honors. The franchise traded for Kevin Durant last season, but they lost in the Western Conference semis to the eventual champions, the Denver Nuggets.
As Devin Booker and Co. prepare for the new season ahead, Ishiba tries to make watching the Suns much easier for the fans.
Ishiba Keeping his Promise

After trading for Kevin Durant on the trade deadline and losing to the Nuggets comprehensively. The ownership group and the front office knew they had to make changes to the roster to stand a chance of winning the title. The first puzzle fell when it was announced that the Suns would part ways with their head coach, Monty Williams. Suns announced Frank Vogel as his replacement. Vogel led LeBron and the Lakers to their title in 2020.
Then in the offseason the Suns front office got to work. They traded aging point guard Chris Paul to the Wizards and in return got 3x All-Star Bradley Beal. Beal along with Durant and Booker create a frightening triad that would put the league on notice because of their offensive firepower.

Ishiba also stuck to his promise that he made to the Sun’s fans. The team plans to give away free indoor TV antennas to fans.
Fans who don’t have a paid TV subscription can watch Suns games on Arizona’s Family 3TV and Arizona’s Family Sports with a free antenna.

From outside, the Suns look a formidable outfit. But despite the likes of offensive powerhouses in their roster such as KD, Booker and Beal, the faults begin to show upon closer inspection.
While it is true that any team that consists of the likes of Booker, KD, Beal and Ayton would be a handful. It is also true that apart from these players, there are no game changers on the roster.
