The Trail Blazers do not benefit from the Heat

Damian Lillard has made his preferred destination known to the front office, but the Trail Blazers might not come out of this deal with a lot. The Heat doesn’t have a package of young players and draft assets that’s very appealing to Portland, as per Bleacher Report.

An offer of Tyler Herro, Duncan Robinson, and draft picks might already be on the table for Portland. However, this deal is more complicated than what meets the eye.
