For as long as time, the Browns have been associated with their iconic Orange uniforms. Nothing strikes their fans more than the colors they daunt. However, Cleveland wasn’t always soaking in Orange. Initially, the Browns wore white jerseys when legends such as Otto Graham, Marion Motley, and Bill Willis stood on the pitch.
Last season, the NFL approved teams different color shells for teams’ alternate jerseys. The Cleveland Browns didn’t walk away from their recognized orange color. However, the screams of the fans could only be silenced for so long. Adhering to the desperate request of fans, the Browns unveiled their new alternate helmets. A slick white look with a band of orange and black as part of their ‘White Out’ series.
To go along with the newly forged shell is the throwback white jerseys. The attire pays homage to the history of the franchise, which began its chronicles painted in White. It was a touchdown among the fans last season, and now they have given them another reason to stay engaged.
