In a recent podcast episode of The Lowe Post,?NBA insider Bobby Marks revealed fascinating insights into the future of certain stars. He hinted that eight players could be on their way to supermax extensions. That, though, would be “Based on if they are in All-NBA”, as Bobby later highlighted.

One name on the list stood out the most; the Dallas Mavericks talisman, Luka of Slovenia.“Certainly starts with Luka“, Marks mentioned before adding, “Who could sign in 2025”.?The 50-year-old revealed that the 24-year-old could become the highest-paid NBA player if the deal took place.“Luka’s gonna probably be the first $80 million guy“, he said to highlight that. This would place him well ahead of Brown and Davis, who would earn in the region of slightly more than $60 million each year on average. This makes us wonder about one thing.

Is Luka worth the money?
After impressing as a teenager in Europe, the expectations were high from Luka. It is fair to say he has not disappointed the fans. Doncic has taken the league by storm since joining the NBA. Following his Rookie of the Year win in 2019, he became a 4-time All-Star. The former EuroLeague MVP definitely has plans to become an NBA MVP in the future. He has also shown all the signs to become that. So, till now, he has been worth every penny.
