Caitlin Clark has finally etched her name in the history books. The Iowa Hawkeyes guard became the All-time leading scorer of the NCAA Women’s basketball during tonight’s game against the Michigan Wolverines. Not only did Caitlin demolish the previous record, but she did it in typical Caitlin Clark fashion. Clark channeled her inner Stephen Curry and pulled up from the logo in the opening minutes of the first quarter to score her 3,528th point.

The record was previously held by WNBA star Kelsey Plum, who scored 3527 points between 2013 and 2017. Caitlin’s insane record-breaking shot mesmerized the NBA World, and fans even drew comparisons with Stephen Curry. Witnessing Clark’s incredible shooting ability, many believe she could impact women’s basketball like Stephen Curry impacted the NBA.

One fan wrote on X, “This is why Caitlin Clark is what women’s basketball needed. She will impact the sport like Steph Curry. Look at this shot to break the record.” The NBA World followed suit.
