The Golden State Warriors are experimenting a lot this season. Be it their style of play, or their choices of addition to the roster, everything has an element of intrigue to it. Chris Paul is a Warrior, and that erstwhile foe of the Golden State is teaming up to resurrect the lost glory of the Dubs. As the preseason is about to kick-start, the fans wanted to see LeBron?s Lakers lock horns with the Warriors. But it was not meant to be as the King chose to sit out this one.

The troika of Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, and Draymond Green have led the Dubs through many battles. With four titles already under their belt, they are going for the fifth one. Last season was set to begin with a lot of promise, until the Draymond punch, which not only shook the rhythm but also later led to Jordan Poole?s exit. Klay Thompson before the injuries was the most feared player in the postseason. He was a lockdown defender who could bury the opponents with a barrage of threes. It is sad to say that he is not the same player anymore. Mostly due to injuries, and some due to his age, he has been lacking that punch. With that said, Klay is a fighter, and he can still surprise the world.

Last season, Stephen Curry had to carry the Dubs on many occasions. Especially in the series against the Kings, Steph was a one-man show. But against the Lakers, the finals? MVP required more support, which never came his way.
