While the NBA superstars are busy beefing with 6-time World Champion Noah Lyles, the female American athletes are bringing more glory to the USA. 23-year-old athlete Sha?Carri Richardson finished her 2023 World Athletics Championships campaign with one bronze and two gold medals. American gymnast Simone Biles also made history by winning her 8th title at the US Gymnastics Championships.

Following their historic victories, WNBA champion A?ja Wilson showed love to fellow USA athletes.

The sports world has been buzzing after Noah Lyles? comments about the NBA. After winning another World Championship, Noah dragged the NBA into a discussion about his world titles, ?You know the thing that hurts me the most is that I have to watch the NBA Finals and they have ‘world champion’ on their head. World champion of what? The United States?? The 6-time World Champion believes that the NBA?s title is misrepresented as the world does not participate in the tournament. The NBA superstars and fans took offense to Noah Lyles belittling their league and responded on social media.

These comments have brought tension at a time when the USA should have been celebrating its athletes. Unlike the male athletes, the female athletes seem to be on much better terms with each other. 5-time WNBA All-Star A?ja Wilson showered love on Simone Biles and Sha?Carri Richardson on her Instagram. She shared a story agreeing with Stephen A. Smith?s comments about the two female athletes being role models. Stephen A. sang high praises of Simone and Sha?Carri, ?They look at the world in the face and they say ?We know you don?t want us in this position. But guess what? We?re here anyway. Ain?t a damn thing you?re going to do about it.??

Athletes like Simone Biles and Sha?Carri Richardson have paved the way for young athletes to achieve what they are not expected to. With astronomical success at such a young age, both athletes have achieved what most people can only dream of. A?ja Wilson is also an athlete who has inspired many.

The 27-year-old WNBA superstar has already become a WNBA champion so early in her career. She is also a two-time MVP and a former Defensive Player of The Year. Averaging almost 22 points and 10 rebounds last season, A?ja continues to shine in the WNBA.
