The Los Angeles Lakers are still in the process of figuring out their best line-up for the season. Head coach Darvin Ham has his work cut out as the Lakers have added many new players to the roster during the off-season. LeBron James and Co. have won two of their first four games so far and are looking to increase their win tally in today’s encounter against the LA Clippers. For the first four games, Darvin Ham put veteran forward Cam Reddish on the floor. But the Lakers’ new recruit is yet to make a significant impact with his play.

Reddish’s underwhelming performance has left the NBA world wondering when Darvin Ham will confide in their 20-year-old prodigy, Max Christie. The Lakers head coach addressed the fans’ concern.

Lakers young shooting guard Max Christie has played only one minute so far this season. Christie showed great promise last season, and the fans were excited to see him elevate his game this year. But Ham’s decision to play Cam Reddish over Max Christie has raised some concerns. Reddish has gone scoreless in the last two games, and the Lakers fans want 20-year-old prodigy Max Christie to replace him in the rotation. Lakers head coach revealed his plans about Christie ahead of their game against the Clippers.

“Max is going to be here for a long time. Max is one of our young jewels on the roster.” Darvin Ham told Lakers reporter Mike Trudell. Darvin Ham also revealed that he chose Cam Reddish because of his experience in the league and to see how he fits in the line-up. But he always planned to get minutes to Christie. After Ham’s comments, the Laker world is hopeful about seeing Max Christie step on the floor in the Clippers game.
