Two NBA players who have played with the best and displayed their playing prowess to the rest sat down for a chat. And during that chat, they delved deeper into the world of the NBA and the NBA players. The discussion then veered toward who’s the toughest player they have played with, and that led to a shocking answer.
Legendary NBA player picks the ‘toughest’ NBA player of the season

Bruce Brown Jr. spoke on the Tidal League about his personal experiences of the game and the NBA player that he has played with Theo Pinson. And during that interaction, the conversation veered to who were the toughest players in the NBA.
To that, Bruce Brown replied, “I would say, this year, the toughest players were Anthony Edwards and Shae.” He then continued, “Ant was cooking. He was doing all three levels.”
Bruce Brown is no novice in the court himself. He started playing the game back in his college days. After which, he went on to play with the Miami Hurricanes, the Detroit Pistons, the Brooklyn Nets, and the Denver Nuggets.
Anthony Edwards – a star on the rise
Anthony Edwards began his career in the NBA with the Minnesota Timberwolves and has remained with them since 2020. During his childhood, he played football and started playing basketball in high school. He played an integral part in all the games that the Minnesota Timberwolves played until they were knocked off by the champions, Denver Nuggets.

Bruce Brown’s statement is shocking for NBA fans, especially when he ignored the hottest names in the games, including Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving, and Nikola Jokic, and chose Anthony Edwards.
Edwards is one of the several talents that have caught the attention of analysts as well as NBA fans. He was the first overall pick for the Timberwolves back in the 2020 NBA draft. By the time of the 2019 class, Edwards was a five-star recruit.
