This offseason is proving to be a big deal for players. Tyrese Haliburton signing a five-year $260 million contract with the Indiana Pacers was one such moment. Following his deal, Haliburton had his phone buzzing but ended up irking New York Knicks guard Josh Hart for not picking up his call. And it seems like the same ordeal went down with Jaylen Brown.
Jaylen Brown signed the richest deal by a player in NBA history with the Boston Celtics. But when his teammates tried to call and congratulate him, Brown was not available, leading his Celtics teammates to call him out on social media.

In a recent interview, Brown was asked about the screenshots uploaded by Rob and Grant Williams on Instagram of the missed call they made to him. The reporters asked Brown to shed some light on what he thought when they said that the All-Star guard has changed.
Brown said, “Those are my guys. I’ll probably give them a call when I leave out of here. Yesterday was a crazy day, probably the most my phone has ever been ringing on the line. So, I missed their call but I’ll make sure I get back at those.”
