Estranged Philadelphia 76ers star James Harden has everyone around the league talking. After all, his future is in the air since the NBA Free Season after he exercised his player option in the hopes of a trade. To make matters worse, he has called the 76ers president a ‘liar’ publically in China. Despite all the controversies surrounding him, the 2018 MVP has a chance to make history very soon.

Harden is yet to win an NBA title. However, he is widely regarded as one of the best players in his position and he can further solidify that claim while beating Kobe Bryant in the near future.

Having already played for four franchises, the 10-time NBA All-Star has earned a fortune in salaries. In fact, The Beard has earned $305,039,833 and this amount makes him the second highest-paid shooting guard ever.

Harden is just behind Bryant who earned $328,237,108 in his brilliant career with the Lakers. Whichever team Harden signs for next, he will surely pass Bryant and become the highest-paid shooting guard ever according to HoopsHype.

In case the 2018 MVP did not make the scathing allegations against Daryl Morey and made his intentions to leave the team clear, Harden would have earned $210 million in four years.
