The Minnesota Timberwolves (8-2) will stop at the Footprint Center tonight to take on the Phoenix Suns (4-6) who have been struggling to break through this season. There is a lot of anticipation around tonight’s game because of one too many reasons. To begin with, this will be the first time this season that the two teams will face off against each other.

The Wolves are coming off a strong seven-game winning streak, while the Suns have suffered two back-to-back losses. Despite this, fans are excited about tonight’s game because the Suns’ Big Three will finally make their debut. Kevin Durant, who had been basically carrying the whole team, will get the much-needed help as Devin Booker and Bradley Beal make their comeback after dealing with some injuries.

The Suns team is finally complete with Booker and Beal back on the roster. With this, the projected starting lineup for tonight will be Durant and Eric Gordon as forwards, Booker and Beal will take the guard positions and Jusuf Nurkic will take the center. The Suns have been on a break for two days while the Wolves are coming off with two back-to-back games. This will give the Suns an edge over the T-Wolves.

Devin Booker is back after dealing with a right calf sprain; he played only two games out of ten this season. Beal had been suffering from consistent back issues, which led him to miss 7 games. With the two back in the core, we can expect to see some action tonight from the Suns. Nevertheless, the Wolves who have been having a great run this season are not one to be taken lightly as well.

Booker will be rusty and lack some stamina, while Beal should still be a little sluggish. Moreover, the team will have to get used to having the Big Three back on the court after. So it shouldn’t be surprising if the chemistry is a little off tonight. The Wolves, on the other hand, have been playing excellent ball this season, crushing everyone in their way, and they won’t be an easy team to win against.

While securing a win tonight would serve as a big morale booster for the Suns, they will have to try a little harder to go against the Wolves who have been nothing but consistent and efficient so far. Moreover, they boast a set of core players who are in excellent form, providing them with an advantage over the Suns.
