The Phoenix Suns are riding hot on a seven-game winning streak despite not fielding a healthy lineup. Everything looks sunny in Phoenix, save for the injury bug that continues to dispel one member after another. The Suns registered their seventh straight win, the highest winning streak in the NBA currently, after sweeping the New York Knicks in a 116-113 road win on Sunday. However, the win is more remarkable since they achieved the feat in the absence of both Bradley Beal and Kevin Durant.

Now, the Suns will be traveling to Scotiabank Arena to face off against the Raptors, marking the end of their three-game road trip. While the Suns will look forward to keeping their seven-game streak alive, uncertainty looms around the availability of their star player, Kevin Durant. So, will KD make a comeback after missing the previous two games?

The Phoenix Suns are currently monitoring five players on the injury report ahead of Wednesday’s game against the Raptors. Kevin Durant was sidelined in the team’s victory against the Memphis Grizzlies due to right foot soreness. However, after practicing and getting the green light to play against the Knicks, his return was stalled, half an hour before the game. Per reports from ESPN, Durant is listed as questionable going into tonight’s matchup, this time due to a right foot contusion.

Bradley Beal will also not be lacing up for tonight’s matchup due to the lingering low-back strain that has plagued him since the preseason. The newest addition to the injury report is Nassir Little, who is listed as “out” due to personal reasons, most likely due to the expected birth of his daughter. Grayson Allen is also listed as a game-time decision after he woke up on Sunday with an illness and missed the Knicks contest. Lastly, Damion Lee is out indefinitely after undergoing right meniscus surgery.

Although the Suns have an overwhelming number of players on the injury report, a win against the Raptors, who are on a two-game losing skid, should not be a problem.

When will the Suns’ Big 3 make their season debut?

There was a lot of hype surrounding the Suns’ Big 3 when they acquired Bradley Beal in the offseason. However, the Suns faithful are yet to witness the full potential of the formidable trio since they have yet to make their season debut together. Their reunion keeps getting stretched due to injuries to either one of them. Beal played only three games before he was sidelined indefinitely as he continues rehab for a low back strain. Devin Booker, on the other hand, missed five games as he was nursing a calf strain he endured during the team’s opening-night victory. And currently, it’s KD dealing with a right foot injury.

If we go by Beal’s timeline, a reunion is only possible upon his return. His 3-week revaluation period ends on December 8, therefore a reunion is imminent only after further evaluation. We were this close to a reunion during their matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves. However, Beal woke up with the same lower back discomfort and was sidelined. As for now, it looks like the wait continues until Beal is healthy.
