21st year in the NBA and 39 years old: LeBron James still finds ways to amaze fans. So much so that many find it hard to believe that his skilled tactics on the court are more than just a stroke of luck. We all know how much care and money Bron spends on keeping his body in top shape. That’s one of the reasons the veteran forward keeps breaking and making records.

Although this season has been none too kind to the Lakers, James has kept it interesting with one or two new records every other week. His most recent tweet on X, though, has nothing to do with records and everything to do with his skills.

The topic of discussion here is the incredible no-look pass from LeBron that led to an Anthony Davis dunk in their loss to Denver yesterday. Taking to X, the 4x champion posted, “After all this time I’m still proving them wrong! I mean you would think they know by now but you know when it comes to me.”

The video below his hilarious dig is from a LeBron James fan page. The loyal fan took special care to add every no-look pass throughout his career. Clearly, anyone who’s had some exposure to the NBA would know that the King is all about strategies and calculated moves.

From his on-court performances to off-court endeavors, very rarely does one see LeBron James doing anything unintentional. Though Bron does not engage with naysayers and critics as often as, say, Kevin Durant, he definitely has drawn lines on some subjects. And it looks like questioning his basketball skills is one of them.

It looks like his son Bronny, the normally quiet firstborn of the James couple, takes after his father in that aspect.

Bronny James says it straight as he challenges critics

Bronny, for his part, keeps it simple and straightforward when it comes to posting messages on social media. Maybe it’s just that he has yet to reach the level of cryptic and roundabout way of using a subtle jab or an on-point dig, but James Jr. didn’t mince any words as he had a message for doubters. “Can’t wait to prove y’all wrong.”

It’s common knowledge that being the son of LeBron James meant he was subject to deeper and closer scrutiny. Of course, growing up under the spotlight, Bronny knows how to carry it well. But the dismal season that the USC Trojans are having doesn’t help his case at all.

Although he posted that on his IG earlier last year, it looks like the 19-year-old James is bent on keeping his promise. In the 15 games he’s played this season, Bronny is averaging 5.8 points, 2.5 assists, and 3.0 rebounds per game. Given the trying year he’s had, the numbers he’s posting nightly aren’t that bad.

Of course, there are areas where he has to improve. But if we were to look at him as a normal hooper without any tags, pretty sure the kind of criticism the USC guard is facing now wouldn’t be this harsh.
