Ayesha considers Oakland as her home and even refers to her upscale home goods store Sweet July as “her love letter” to the city. It was here that Steph and she established the Eat. Learn. Ayesha Curry finds her work-fitness balance

Despite being engaged in a variety of work, Ayesha never lost touch with keeping herself fit. She has recently shared her fitness journey of three years, leading her to lose 35 pounds. She disclosed that she works out a minimum of five days a week, which in turn also helps her attain a certain level of “mental clarity” as a mother of three.
