The FIBA men’s basketball world cup is around the corner. The NBA world’s attention is shifting towards team USA. Moreover, Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr took up the job to bring out the team’s A-game. Team USA is all set to take on New Zealand, Greece and Jordan in the group stage of the world cup. The team comprises of Jalen Brunson, Jaren Jackson Jr., Austin Reaves and several others. Additionally, the team has a power-packed coaching staff. While Kerr heads the coaching team, Erik Spoelstra, Tyronn Lue and Mark Few assist him.
As the team prepares for the tournament which starts at the end of the month, veteran analysts make up a probable roster for the Paris Olympics 2024. Interestingly, they consider the possibility of 4x NBA Champion Stephen Curry making his Olympic debut next year.

Ahead of the Team USA’s participation in the FIBA world cup, veteran NBA analysts Tim Bontemps, Tim MacMahon and Brian Windhorst discussed developments leading into the tournament. Interestingly, Bontemps revealed that only three players from the current roster will find a place on the upcoming Olympics team.
Bontemps said, “I think the most likely guys to be on that team next year are Jaren Jackson Jr., Mikal Bridges and Jalen Brunson.” He also added that Kerr loves Brunson and repeatedly called him the leader of the side. Apart from that, the veteran reporter asked an important question – “Steph Curry never played in the Olympics. Is he gonna play for Steve Kerr next year in Paris?”
Furthermore, he also raised his stakes on Steph’s teammate Draymond Green’s place on the Olympics roster.
