Kyle had played a huge part in the Lakers’ success during his time there, but in 2021, the Lakers traded him to the Wizards in a major roster revamping move. During the summer of this year, he signed a four-year contract extension with the Wizards for a jaw-dropping $102 million, making it the biggest deal of his career so far.
With this, he is shouldering the responsibility of taking the Wizards to newer heights and getting them out of the slumps. In his most recent game against the Hornets on Wednesday, Kyle managed 33 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists.
