There is no doubt that the way the Golden State played tonight has broken some hearts. And among those, Draymond Green’s can be counted. But beyond breaking his heart, Monte Poole, a reporter for the NBCS, is fairly certain that Green would have thrown something at his TV.

Many comments on the post, show their belief in the controversial star of the Warriors. Going back to Poole, he said, “[Draymond] watching this game and seeing this, I don’t know how many times he probably threw something at the TV.”

Seeing that Draymond Green has been quite successful in somewhat breaking Jokic’s run, the outcome would have indeed been different. One user says that while Dray would have made a difference, it’s not an excuse for their steadily increasing losses.

Another fan comments that Nikola’s three-pointer would have definitely been fouled by Green.

Yet another user hilariously says that even in such frustrating situations, the franchise would need Dray to follow the path of non-violence.

While everyone was enjoying the commentary, a fan with a good head on his shoulder seemed to bring everyone’s attention to the real reason he was suspended.

For all the things that Green is guilty of, there is no argument in the fact that he is one of the key players contributing to GSW’s success. Having said that, it seems like ‘DrayMagic’ fans will be seeing the veteran forward soon.

In fact, the 2023-24 regular season began with the question of who between the pair would win their fifth ring. But as we’ve seen, both the teams have been struggling. One struggle was in the form of Green for the Dubs. With a history of violent altercations, it was widely agreed that Dray’s behavior needed serious correction. Suspended indefinitely from December 13th, the 4x All-Star’s return depended on meeting certain conditions.

The most recent update from Woj, though, has allowed many to breathe a sigh of relief.
