Stephen and Ayesha Curry both lead very hectic yet full lives. Steph is the face of the NBA with the Golden State Warriors and Ayesha has her own facets of business and entrepreneurship. Not to mention the numerous TV shows she is a part of. And both of them have amassed a wealthy net worth over the years.

However, with all the aspects of their lives, things do tend to get a bit difficult at times. And Ayesha Curry once revealed how she muscled through her tough days about three years ago in 2020.

Stephen Curry has a hectic schedule with regular season games and the playoffs on top of it. And obviously the hopes of an entire city riding on him to bring them another championship. But that does not take anything away from Ayesha.

Given that Ayesha is not a professional athlete, she is a mother of three. All the while taking care of her multiple lines of work as well. So how does she make it through some of those tough days in her life?

The wife of the Golden State Warriors guard revealed it in an interview with Chris ?CoSeezy? Strachan back in 2020. When asked how she persevered through those tough days, Ayesha said, ?Sometimes, a good cry is necessary and it?s okay.?

She went on to add, ?You know that saying that big girls don?t cry? I don?t believe in that. I think suppressing your emotions just isn?t great. Because they bottle up and then spiral and turn into mountains. So, I believe in a good cry every now and then when you?re not having a great day.?

Ayesha and her unorthodox methods

This was not the first time Ayesha Curry suggested an unorthodox method as a means of coping mechanism. She even suggested something to her husband as she revealed on her podcast with her sister-in-law, Sydel.

She mentioned that she had asked Steph to have a good scream every now and then. But as for crying, during the interview she also went on to add, ?But you cry, you brush yourself off and you keep it moving.?

So despite being in a happy marriage for 9 years at the time of the interview, Ayesha certainly had her own ways of coping with stress. And by the looks of it, it seems like a tried and tested method after all.
