The Golden State Warriors pulled off one of the biggest trades of the NBA off-season. After a couple of subpar seasons following a 2021 NBA Finals trip with the Phoenix Suns, veteran point guard Chris Paul joined the Warriors on a 4-year $120 million deal. Interestingly, he has had quite the history with Warriors superstar Stephen Curry. Despite their tumultuous relationship in the past, the two great guards put their issues behind them for the betterment of the team.
When this move happened, a huge chunk of NBA fans criticized the team for bringing in a veteran by trading away talented youngsters. The latest piece of information by an NBA insider will surely shock the fanbase further.

Interestingly, they might constitute the starting lineup of the Golden State Warriors very soon. Veteran NBA insider, Marc Spears, recently dropped a bombshell.
“I do expect him to start, I do, I think it’s like five-minute spurts. I don’t know if they want his minutes to be high, but I think they’re gonna try it, I could be wrong, but that’s the gist that I’m getting. This isn’t an opinion, this is just what I’m hearing – that he’s expected to start”, said Marc Spears according to reports. Spears achieved a massive personal milestone recently. The San Jose native was inducted into the basketball Hall of Fame for his journalism career. Coming from him, it looks more than likely that the 38-year-old Chris Paul will have starting minutes under Steve Kerr very soon.
