4x NBA Champion Andre Iguodala recently joined in for an interview with Aarthi and Sriram, discussing various aspects of his career. During the interview, the hosts asked the Dubs star to determine some of the best players in the league. When fans expect a veteran Warriors player to pick Steph as the most talented player, 2015 NBA Finals MVP picked Phoenix Suns forward Kevin Durant.

During the conversation, he brought out one of his previous statements where he had mentioned Paul George as the second most talented player. Subsequently, the hosts’ attention fell on the ‘Most Talented Player’ (MTP). Iguodala said, “We all know who the most talented player in the NBA, that’s Kevin Durant.”

Moreover, he went to give the reasons behind terming KD as MTP. He added, “When you look at somebody, just they have the physique, you know their body movements, their skill set… Those two guys have no flaws.”

Even though Iguodala picked KD as the MTP, he had referred to Steph with an uncanny title.

During one of episodes of Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay, Andre Iguodala expressed a strange comment about Steph. While talking about Steph’s consistency, he said, I’m saying to myself, I’ve met the closest thing to Jesus Christ.” Following Michael Jordan, Warriors superstar had the privilege to be compared to Jesus Christ. However, it didn’t sit well with the fans, as MJ fans criticized the title given to Steph. Notably, MJ was fondly called as Black Jesus.
