Nikola Jokic Joins Nuggets Legends Carmelo Anthony and David Thompson for Astonishing Feat

Nikola Jokic already became one of the biggest legends in Denver Nuggets history when he led the team to its first championship in franchise history. That says a lot, given that Jokic is nowhere close to retiring. But his on-court feats have already made him a part of an impressive company.

And it looks like The Joker does not have plans on slowing down anytime soon. Because he just joined Nuggets legends David Thompson and Carmelo Anthony in an astonishing feat.

Nikola Jokic making another mark on the Nuggets franchise

The Denver Nuggets aren’t one of those teams that have had numerous big names play for the organization. However, there have been some who left more than a mark on the city of Denver with their skills on the court.

But what Nikola Jokic has been able to accomplish in nine years with the Denver Nuggets is way more impressive than any other accomplishment. After winning a title with a team for the first time, Jokic is joining its legends now.

According to NBA data analyst Jake Coyne, “Nikola Jokic joins David Thompson and Carmelo Anthony as the only players in Nuggets history to score 30+ points against all of Denver’s possible opponents while in a Nuggets uniform.”
