If it were 2016, the highlight would have been Stephen Curry donning the ‘Derek Carr’ jersey after the Raiders swept the game against the Panthers. However, it’s already 2023, and Carr now plays for the New Orleans Saints. Well, Steph still has the friendship going.

With enough interest in American football itself, Curry is now a transcendent figure in the NBA and in basketball. The two were spotted at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans tonight.

Indeed, the Saints registered a 38-27 win against the Indianapolis Colts a day before.

And the following day, Carr is on the hardwood to support Curry from off the court. Well, the two have much more similarities than you think. Starting off as great players since their college games, both have a growing career trajectory. Apart from having big brothers, both players had to defy the beliefs of the recruiting scouts to make their name in the big leagues.
