After owning up to the responsibility of aiding the firing of Max Kellerman, the veteran analyst is in the hot seat. He further flamed the embers by riling up against former NFL standout Terrell Owens. This happened after Owens defended Max and blasted him for the firing of Kellerman. In a tweet, he blasted Kellerman’s defender. As Owens kept responding, the matter took a turn for the worse. Now Kyrie Irving is emerging as the peacemaker. He has pleaded mature behavior from both analysts.

The feud between Owens and A. Smith has extended into an elongated X Thread. After wishing well to Kellerman, the ESPN vet has claimed “no hard feelings”. However, Owens kept firing back in various ways. In 2019, when the Colin Kaepernick saga was unfolding, Kellerman took Colin’s side, while Stephen remained skeptical of him. This made Owens say, ”When I’m in the streets, Max almost seems blacker than you”.

During that time, the Knicks diehard fan said that Owens was “crossing a line”. But that doesn’t seem to stop him, because just recently, he quote tweeted the video and wrote, ”Facts”.

It seems that the issue is far from dying. The ESPN vet claimed that he is going to dedicate his entire YouTube show to exposing Owens.

A nasty back-and-forth

Owens has had his fair share of responses. In one of the tweets, he wrote that he had nothing to hide.
