LeBron James is having another blast during the offseason. He has expanded his horizons beyond basketball and is enjoying one of his other favorite games; football. He loves the NCAA Football action and is also engaging in conversations with the big shots involved. Since the athletic phenom doesn’t shy away from giving shout-outs, fans are excited to know his next move. 

Now he is applauding Deion Sanders’ great start to the season.

Colorado Buffaloes have now won their first two games. In their latest victory, they dusted Nebraska Cornhuskers 36-14. No team could scratch in the first quarter but in the second one, Colorado opened up the game and took a 13-0 lead. Then, in the second half, they only piled on further misery. This was coach Deion Sanders’ home debut for the Buffaloes.

During his first win, the Buffaloes had a hard-fought 45-42 win against TCU. In both these games, Shedeur Sanders was the team’s star.

In the game against TCU, he set a school record of 510 yards and had four touchdowns. In the match against the Cornhuskers, he covered an impressive 393 yards. It is clear that the father-son duo is wreaking havoc in the early parts.

This made LeBron ecstatic, and he didn’t shy away from celebrating the back-to-back wins in front of more than 52 million Twitter followers.

It is clear that King James is pleased about the developments in the Colorado football scene. He has been closely following the NCAA Football action and also showed praise on Buckeyes’ Wide Receiver Marvin Harrison Jr.

As the training camps will roll and the race towards the Regular Season will get intense, his engagements will multiply. Despite being in “chill mode”, nothing can keep the sports-obsessed James away from the action.

How will he and the Lakers shape up next season?

The Lakers are going to be in the training camp mode soon. The camp will manifest into the preseason. The Lakers’ first Preseason game will be on 8 October and they will take on the Warriors to begin their season. The Lakers didn’t make any major trades and only extended core players such as Russell, Davis, Hachimura, and Reaves, who helped make the Conference Finals last season. Magic Johnson called Rob Pelinka “GM of the Year” for his moves.

It will be interesting to see how the squad responds this season. One big concern can be managing James’ minutes, last season he had multiple injuries. He has incredible durability but the wear and tear will need careful management.
