Pop sensation and one of the biggest global artists Travis Scott has set off for his infamous Utopia Tour. Tonight, he will be performing at the Madison Square Garden, an iconic spot for entertainment. Right in the heart of New York, his fans went crazy. The streets outside MSG were taken over by people hours before Cactus Jack would grace the stage.

You would expect bells and chants of Scott to surround the Mecca of Basketball. However, the ardent New York Knicks fans worked in unison to insult an old nemesis – Trae Young. They don’t seem to have forgotten about the Atlanta Hawks star’s playoff-ending performance in 2021.

It’s safe to say they are carrying the hate to their deathbeds.

Knicks fans ignite their hate for Trae Young once again

The crowd outside Madison Square Garden gathered for Travis Scott’s Utopia tour. As a man who has crafted so many addictive tunes, hit lyrics echoing hours before his performance is a picture you can paint. But it turned into a popular war cry.

They even used a Travis Scott concert to stage hate for Young. It isn’t the first time they have expressed their hate where Young wasn’t relevant. And it isn’t the last time. Of course, we have to understand, the hate is deep-rooted.

Why the Knicks fans hate Young

If you are a Knicks fan, the 2021 playoff series replays in your mind at the very mention of Young. In his playoff debut, 15,000 fans stormed the MSG with distasteful chants. They trolled his hairstyle, threw curses, and even spit at him. Instead of shrinking up, Young decided to channel the violent treatment into motivation. That very night he skipped through the entire

defense and nailed a dagger floater. The Garden was stunned and silent. Trae was brimming with pride, and he put a finger to his mouth.
