The Golden State Warriors are desperate for a victory to stay afloat in the tournament. If they succeed in beating the Kings, the records level in the West Group C. But their skill and hard work alone won’t turn the tables. They will need the blessings of lady luck. Warriors would need the Minnesota Timberwolves to beat the Oklahoma City Thunder to move ahead in the tournament.

The records of Timberwolves, Warriors, and Kings would level this way in the West Group C. Point differential will decide as to who will climb the tournament ladder. Kings are ahead with (+29), Warriors stand with (+5) and Timberwolves at (-3). The Warriors will need to beat the Kings with at least eight points while praying that the victory of the Timberwolves doesn’t exceed 7 points.

While the qualification chances of the Warriors are pretty dismal, their Wildcard entry into the knockouts is even more difficult.
