Legend is a term that is thrown very loosely in today’s day and age. But one player that is truly deserving of that title is Stephen Curry. He was an unfancied point guard coming out of Davidson. He wasn’t tipped to change the game like he did in the coming years. His draft comparisons were JJ Reddick, Mike Bibby and Steve Kerr, all talented players but nowhere near Curry’s greatness.

Curry is also considered one of the most humble NBA players and one Warriors employee recounted a unique experience that he shared with the Warriors legend.

Like this is the greatest shooter on the planet, this is cool. But he is a nice guy”.

It is no secret that Stephen Curry is one of the most humble superstars in the NBA, on and off the court. He was the two time league MVP before Kevin Durant signed for the Warriors. He led the Warriors to an NBA title before Durant came. But when the Warriors signed Durant, Steph took the backseat and let Kevin Durant lead the team. After Durant left the Warriors, Curry led the Dubs to their 4th NBA title and, in the process winning one trophy that was missing from his CV: the Finals MVP.
