The Chicago Bulls barely survived while playing the Toronto Raptors in their second matchup of the season. After dropping the season-opener, the Bulls managed to get back on track, taking a close win against the Raptors. And the team owes it to one person for not letting them sink down to a 0-2 record for the season.

After the game, DeMar DeRozan had a word with the media. That is where DeRozan gave props to his teammate and savior, showering him with massive praise as he helped them get their first win of the season.

The Chicago Bulls won the game 104-103 against the Toronto Raptors. The game went into overtime, and it wasn?t until the final seconds that anyone could figure out who would come out on top.

In the end, it was the Bulls going home with their first victory of the season. And the credit goes to none other than Alex Caruso. While talking to the media, DeRozan was all praises about Caruso.

DeRozan said, ?It?s amazing. The effort that he puts in, the sacrifice that he goes out there and plays with throwing his body around. His IQ defensively, his instincts, it?s amazing to watch. It?s kind of like letting a cheetah out of the cage, just running wild.?

Alex Caruso’s heroics against the Raptors

Alex Caruso came off the bench for the Chicago Bulls and played solid minutes for the team. While the team?s other star, Zach LaVine struggled on the offensive end of the floor, Caruso made sure to step up in such a situation.

Caruso had 13 points off the bench, including the game-winning three as well. He also had 13 rebounds, 2 assists, 2 steals and a block for the game. As for the Raptors, the team had multiple players who scored in double digits.
