LeBron James entered the NBA as one of the most hyped players, and he lived up to that. However, before his hooping journey began, the Los Angeles Lakers star’s reputation as a football player preceded him. While many know James’ love for the NFL through his stories and live sessions, most people don’t know that he actually played football before transitioning into the NBA.

New Heights Show, which the Kelce brothers started hosting last year, has seen a meteoric rise in popularity. They have had popular names on the talk show, including Patrick Mahomes, Chris Jones, and Julian Edelman. However, recently, a special person whom the Kelce brothers idolized and admired requested an invitation to the talk show.

King James took to X, hunting for an invitation to join the NFL brothers. The brothers were clearly on top of the moon as they took to their podcast to express their thoughts about the recent developments.

While on the subject of LeBron’s greatness, Travis Kelce reminisced about Akron Hammer’s high school days as a football wide receiver for St. Vincent–St. Mary’s football team. “I remember actually watching. It just kind of came up about LeBron James being a great football player. And they showed some of his high school highlights. I remember watching the Channel 5 news and seeing those highlights live. They would show St Vincent- St Mary’s like oh they beat Akron, Buffalo, or somebody, and it would be LeBron out there in the number nine jersey just mossing everybody. Like God da*n it. He’s gonna be the first football-basketball athlete,” gushed the 34YO tight end.
