Ever since making a magical run with Davidson in 2008, Stephen Curry has only taken his game up a notch. He is indeed the Golden Boy of the NBA. As an individual, he keeps adding to the glory, and he isn’t going to stop anytime soon.

Outside of basketball, his business ventures are also skyrocketing and his brand is electrifying. The Guard is relentless in his pursuit of excellence and gives his all, no matter what he tries. Those who follow him also know about his incredible skills in golf.

In another significant milestone, the Golden Boy is climbing mountains.

Stephen Curry leaves everyone gasping

It was barely a couple of weeks ago that Steph lost to Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce in the marquee golfing event at The Match. Teaming up with Klay Thompson held him back and now that he has gone solo, he has shown his chops. The Sharpshooter had an incredible start during the opening rounds in the American Century Championship celebrity golf tournament at Edgewood Tahoe.

As he does in basketball, he came out red-hot. He hit two birdies and also nailed an eagle. Under the modified Stableford scoring system, he had racked up twelve points within the first four holes. His exhilarating performance helped him to top the table with 27 points. The second-best performance came from Dallas Stars Joe Pavelski who finished second with 23 points.

Talking about the performance, a fired-up Steph stated, “Probably one of the better rounds I’ve played ever, considering it was in the tournament”.

This comes after the 29th June loss to Mahomes and Kelce. Mahomes looked out of his element and had just -3, so the Guard got on back from him this time. Last year, Curry finished 16 out of the 87 contestants. He finished the tournament with 41 points.
