Sure, it wasn’t all candy canes and carols at first. But as Lauren recently shared in an interview, those kids barely missed a beat. “Kids are so resilient,” Lauren said. “They didn’t miss a beat. My daughter knocked on our neighbors’ doors when she found out they had kids the same age as her. They love the school that they’re going to. For Jrue, it is taking a little bit of time to find his role and feel comfortable completely to add value to a team that is so successful.”

She further added, “I’m probably last in line. But the organization has made it super easy. And the guys have made it easy for Jrue. Same with the women in the staff for me.” So yeah, she might be at the bottom of the pecking order when it comes to settling in, but the Celtics women have been her rock, helping her navigate the ins and outs of Boston life.

He made a homecoming to the Los Angeles area for a Christmas game, where he scored 18 points, grabbed 7 rebounds, and made 7 assists in a 126-115 win against the Lakers. That was just the cherry on top of a pretty sweet holiday season for the Holidays.
