The Japanese power forward is an important part of the Lakers team at this point. The 6’8 forward is a major part of Darvin Ham’s plan, who intends to rotate his players throughout this season. The rotation policy, however controversial, is proving to be useful for the team. The Lakers are in the ninth position in the Western Conference, while the Clippers are seventh. The latter have played a match less though. They are facing each other in the much-awaited Hallway Series.

Wonder what will be the Lakers line-up against the Clippers? Who will miss out and who is probable?

In an X (formerly Twitter) post shared by Jovan Buha, the injury updates of the Lakers are shared. Hachimura was ruled out against the Orlando Magic due to his left eye contusion. He is, yet again, doubtful tonight.

Coach Darvin Ham said that he saw Hachimura rubbing his eyes on the game against the Sacramento Kings. He also mentioned that he had trouble sleeping. Though not as concerning as it might sound, it looks like it might take a game or two for him to get back on track.

On the other hand, shooting guard Cam Reddish is probable and point guard Jalen Hood-Schifino remains out. Reddish is being bothered by right foot soreness. Jalen is out with a right patella contusion. The injuries seem minor and can be addressed at this stage without any hesitation. The Lakers would eye to have their entire squad as the championship progresses.

Will Hachimura return in the Lakers’ next match against the Orlando Magic on 5th November? Nothing confirmed can be said as of now, keeping in mind different circumstances. But Hachimura will be an integral part of the Lakers on their championship stint. He has a great team, with great players to learn from.
