Any field of competition carries with it the baggage of expectations from the supporters. When you are a New York Knicks All-Star like Julius Randle, the ceiling is supposed to be even higher. Recently, the NBA forward witnessed it firsthand following his abysmal show against the Milwaukee Bucks.
His struggles were on full display in the opening in-season tournament game of the campaign. It frustrated the viewers as they united to express their disgust.

The 28-year-old has had a poor first half for his franchise against their Eastern Conference rivals. During one sequence, he tried to drive to the basket before attempting a shot from the low post. His jumper resulted in a failure, but an offensive rebound gave him a second opportunity from behind the three-point line.

The 2x All-Star missed his three-point attempt from the wing as the opposition started a counter. His teammate, Jalen Brunson, read that play as he stole the ball to provide Randle with another chance to score. But the 6’8 forward failed to make it count on that occasion too, as he went 0-3 from the field in less than 30 seconds.
It all happened on the brink of the half-time, adding to the frustration of the Knicks fans. The team was trailing by the end of the second quarter as the scoreboard read 56-46 in favor of the Bucks. Thus, at that point in time, an experienced star like Randle’s shot selection and efficiency became a concern.
As his unimpressive run of form continued, the viewers united to voice their frustration together.
How did the fans react?
One supporter hinted at how his dreadful show could make his son cry like he did during his three-point contest during last season’s All Star Game. “Julius Randle gotta go to jail for all the tears he been bringing to his son this season,”?he posted, conveying his thoughts.
