The Laker Nation was in shambles as they saw their superstar LeBron James take a knee after an accidental headbutt from Evan Mobley. The Cavaliers forward tried to get past King James and accidentally hit him in the face. LeBron continued the play and contested Mobley?s jumper, forcing him to brick the shot. However, the headbutt visibly hurt LeBron as he noticed his nose bleeding and stopped, while his teammates ran on offense.

Fortunately, LeBron did not get seriously injured on that play and continued to play for the rest of the game.

LeBron has been the best player for the Lakers this season, and LA would have been in serious trouble if LeBron had suffered a long-term injury. LeBron has led the Lakers to a 9-7 start this season, and they have performed exceptionally well in the in-season tournament games. King James is averaging 25.7 points, 8.1 rebounds, and 6.7 assists in his 21st season.

LeBron James needs support to win his fifth Championship

LeBron?s performance in his 21st season has been one for the ages. He is breaking new records and setting new milestones with each game, and opponents still do not have an answer on how to stop the 38-year-old from dominating. However, LeBron?s high usage rate at this stage of his career will eventually take a toll on his body. As the season progresses and LeBron plays more games, fatigue will start to set in, and there is a chance of him slowing down.

King James needs the support of his co-star Anthony Davis and the rest of his squad to maintain his performance and win his fifth championship. AD has been great on the defensive end this season, but his performance on offense has been inconsistent. He is averaging 21.5 points, 12.1 rebounds, and 2.9 blocks. The Lakers also need a third player to step up and take the role of the third star. The Lakers have immense young talent with players like Reaves, Hachimura, and D?Angelo. They just need to perform their best and help LeBron and AD win games.
