Kyrie Irving continues to impress his former teammate, LeBron James. The Dallas Mavericks took on the Phoenix Suns at home and produced a cracker of a game tonight. The Mavs required both their superstars, Luka Doncic and Irving, to step on the gas to win the game for them. And they did exactly that. While Luka took care of the orchestrating, Irving impressed everyone with his wizardry. Notably, a particular switch-hands lay-up left King James in shock.
He shared the video clip of the play on his Instagram story and expressed his awe as well. He wrote, “OMG!!!!! At first glance I thought he laid it with the left which would have still be tough but switching hands is OFD!!!!!!!”

In the first quarter, Irving ran up the lane against Suns’ Eric Gordon and in the attempt to fox him, Uncle Drew brought his magic in the air. Moreover, he produced similar plays throughout the game, but it was the one which stood for the Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James.
While the Lakers were prepping for their clash against the Warriors, James had all the time to enjoy the mastery of his former teammate. It was possible because the 4x NBA Champion was ruled out of tonight’s game, owing to his left ankle peroneal tendinopathy.
He has been suffering from this issue for a long time this season. Hopefully, it doesn’t impact the Lakers in the crucial period. Nevertheless, James doesn’t miss a beat of the action, even sitting from the sidelines.
