Paul George revealed on his podcast that the Clippers Big-4 had a conversation with head coach Tyronn Lue about their roles going forward. ?All four of us are superstars, great players, but there?s gotta be sacrifices,? PG said, revealing the gist of the conversation. James Harden, Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and Russell Westbrook are all ball-dominant players, and they have been the best players on a team at some stage in their careers. So, it will be a big adjustment for all four superstars to play together and let the other players shine while they take a backseat.

Kawhi Leonard and Paul George will most likely be the primary scorers for the Clippers in most of the games. Russ and Harden will have to seek their moments and sometimes facilitate the offense for the second unit while Kawhi and PG rest. Paul George further revealed that all superstars agreed to the terms, and it was an ?easy conversation?.
