Skip Bayless and Stephen A. Smith are giants among NBA analysts. The two have been on the air for decades and have managed to create a fan following of their own. They once shared the screen, but now have different shows of their own. And it looks like there is a beef emerging between the two on an incident that happened almost 10 years ago.
Skip Bayless went on to call out Stephen A. Smith on his podcast about the incident with former NFL star Richard Sherman. And now the latter blasts his ex-colleague with facts of his own.

However, there seems to be a beef stewing between the two giants on their respective podcasts. A while ago, Skip Bayless went on to dismiss the things Stephen A. Smith had to say on his podcast about the decade-old incident.
But now, Smith has facts of his own that he went on to reveal on the latest episode of his podcast. While on the Stephen A. Smith show, the veteran NBA analyst had this to say: “What Skip is, either wrong about or has forgotten was that the honchos at ESPN were not happy with the constant Tebow coverage every day. Jamie Horowitz was happy, our former boss.”
“Skip was very happy. The ratings, it was generating ratings. Nobody’s saying it was failing. But because the show was about Tim Tebow every day before I arrived. That was a problem for the bosses, Skip. You know that.”

How is this beef shaping up to be?
Stephen A. Smith went on to talk about another incident involving Skip Bayless. About the time when he thought that the network was ashamed of the Tim Tebow coverage, he in fact was proud because of the ratings.
Smith went on to add, “We might not want to tell them that because we want to get in on the afternoons. Remember that? I do.”
