Seems like LeBron James cannot get enough of football action this week. The King has watched his favorite sport apart from basketball throughout the week, showing love for the teams and players he admires. Just a few hours ago, The Los Angeles Lakers forward seemed thoroughly impressed with Deion Sanders’ son in the iconic Colorado game. Now, James has a new entity in the football world to admire, Tom Brady’s ex-coach, Bill Belichick.

The Colorado game had LeBron James hyped throughout. From reacting to the wild brawl mid-game to cheering on Coach Prime and his son, the 4-time NBA MVP did it all. However, just hours later, James seemed amused by the New England Patriots coach, Bill Belichek’s tantrums. You really cannot take football away from The King.

While putting in the work for Year 21, LeBron James has had a terrific offseason watching the NFL season. He has taken every opportunity to witness the NFL action unfold, also naturally showing love for his hometown team, Cleveland Browns. However, it was a New England Patriots game that had The King in chuckles recently.

Bill Belichick has a knack of sharing his displeasure in the most hilarious manners. He lived up to this very reputation in the Patriots’ matchup against the Miami Dolphins. Belichick threw his challenge flag right in front of the official which had James in fits of laughter. He shared his reaction to this very incident on Instagram.

“Bill is hilarious on the low man!” wrote The King on his Instagram story, sharing a video of the 71-year-old’s actions. This amusing incident happened in the wake of a call from a referee Belichick did not agree with.

Late in the third quarter, Rhamondre Stevenson ran it up the middle on a third-and-2. He was hit at the line, but seemingly got across to move the chains for New England. However, the referees ruled that Stevenson fell just short of a first down after a measurement on the field. Belichick challenged this very call in a hilarious manner that even amused The King.

LeBron James seemed thoroughly amused with Belichick’s actions. However, just a day ago, he showed his appreciation to Deion Sanders’ son, Shedeur Sanders after his Tom Brady-like performance for the Colorado Buffaloes against the Colorado State Rams. A long-time fan of Coach Prime, James may now have another member of the same family to look show his support for.

LeBron James keenly followed the Colorado game action unfold. Unlike Kawhi Leonard and Kyle Lowry among other NBA stars, James sat in the comfort of his home to witness the exciting college football event. However, the game had every reason for the 38-year-old to cheer about. Most importantly, it was Shedeur Sanders’ clutch performance that had the Lakers forward overjoyed.

Shedeur Sanders lived up to his father’s reputation, putting up a stunning display of quarterback skills. Sanders put up phenomenal numbers while leading his team to victory despite going down 28-17 in the fourth quarter. James took to X to share his excitement after the Buffaloes’ win, also providing his stamp of approval to Shedeur Sanders.

The 21-year-old completed 38 of his 47 passes along with 4 touchdowns. He also racked up 348 yards, thoroughly impressing The King. This phenomenal performance handed his team, Buffaloes a heroic win in overtime.
