Washington Wizards star Kyle Kuzma is known for his offbeat fashion sense. Over the last few years, it has been an NBA ritual to capture Kuzma’s bizarre outfits during his tunnel walks. Along with it, it has also been a ritual among the fans to troll the star on social media after that. Recently, the star has transitioned from tunnel walks to fashion walks, but the fans’ troll didn’t stop. Moreover, the Wizards star took the matter in his own hands to clear the air.

The 28-year-old star has always had an inclination towards fashion and clothing, since his debut in the league. While most of the fans only focused on their idol’s performance on the court, Kuzma’s fans focused also on his outfits. Subsequently, the star’s love for fashion transformed into a brand collaboration with Puma called Childhood Dreams. Three years after the actualization of the idea, he dropped the 2023 signature collection.

Hours after walking the ramp, Kyle Kuzma clears the air

Recently a video of Kyle Kuzma, taking a ramp walk alongside professional runway models, surfaced the internet world. Fans swarmed the comments, reflecting on Kuzma’s outfit. Unfortunately, fans weren’t impressed as they engaged in a troll fest in the comments. While fans were used to star’s bizarre outfits, he walked out with a solid blue hoodie and a black trousers. One user said, “Why is Kuz the only one looking like he’s about to run errands.”

However, the Wizards star didn’t let the noise about his fashion sense take over the internet. Hours after the ramp walk video, he took to his Instagram and posted a snap from the “Style showcase” event. He officially dropped the Childhood Dreams’ FW 2024 collection. He wrote, “New @childhooddreams FW ‘24 Starboy hoodie & our new denim concepts.  coming in time.” 

As he has earlier mentioned in an interview with Forbes, “what really made me name the brand ‘Childhood Dreams.’ As a young kid, this is all I ever wanted to be,” the star continues to live his dream.

Wizards’ future in the upcoming season

The Washington team finished 12th in the Eastern Conference table with a 35-47 record. Considering the recent trade moves in the East, the Wizards’ chance at the ring still look steep. However, on the brighter side, the inclusion of Poole, could be the beginning of yet another super NBA duo in the making.
