The new NBA season is right around the corner and it looks like LeBron is gearing up for another title charge. LeBron will be in strong pursuit of his fifth NBA ring, as he looks to further cement his legacy in the NBA. Recently, LeBron posted a story on his Instagram handle with the words “Let’s get it”, with a crown accompanying the text. LeBron’s hunger for the elusive fifth title has ignited his inner ‘Mamba Mentality’. King James’ willingness and commitment to wake up early and put in the hard yards has set him apart from his compatriots.
LeBron’s longevity continues to astound many players and pundits because he has not lost a step, even after two decades. But LeBron has revealed the secret to his impeccable health. He told CBS Sports, “This may sound weird to you, but for my 13-year career, I’ve taken a nap, for the most part, every day — and for sure on game days. The body is the number one thing, it’s the temple. We always listen to the body. If you don’t listen to the body, it will fail you.”
LeBron also said that his workouts focus on improving his stamina. He said, “The treadmill is good, but the exercise bike is tougher and works more of your body. Do a 10-mile ride uphill, and you know you’ve had a workout.”
