Kevin Durant recently grabbed the 10th spot in the top ten list of NBA scorers. With 27423 points, he went ahead of Moses Malone whose tally stood at 27409 points. The NBA veteran, LeBron James tops the list with an impressive 39124 points.
Durant achieved the feat during his team’s defeat against the Nuggets. Rather than being celebratory about it, Durant showed his anguish over not winning despite Jusuf Nurkic’s top performance. Nurkic played for 33 minutes and bagged 31 points with 13-22 FG, 6 rebounds and 2 assists. It was Nurkic’s best performance of the season and Durant felt that his team wasted it.
